Individual or "S.O.S" Sessions
Sometimes you don’t need a long-term commitment — you just need a safe space to land. These sessions are here for the moments when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply craving support and clarity.
In our time together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and tune in. Each session weaves together coaching, gentle guidance, and practices like meditation or breathwork to help you process what’s on your mind and reconnect with your center.
You can book sessions as close together or as far apart as you’d like. They’re here when you need them most — a way to return to yourself, feel grounded, and walk away with a sense of relief, clarity, and inner steadiness.
