About
Me
Hi, I’m Kathleen — the founder of Homecoming.
For the past 7 years, I’ve been guiding women back “home” to themselves through transformational life coaching, yoga, and meditation. My work is rooted in helping women release fear and self-doubt, reconnect with their more expanded self, and live lives aligned with joy, confidence, and purpose.
I hold a degree in Psychology, am an ICF-accredited life coach through the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, and am a certified yoga and meditation teacher through SoulWork.
More importantly, I’ve walked the path myself. I know what it feels like to struggle with confidence, to hear the voice of self-doubt louder than anything else, and to crave more from life without knowing where to start.
My turning point came when I began looking inward. For most of my life, fear ran the show. Fear of making the wrong choice, fear of not being enough, fear of disappointing others. I thought the way to be “brave” was to push harder, do more, and prove myself. But the more I tried to be fearless, the more disconnected I felt from who I truly was. For so long, I had been searching outward for answers I already carried within myself. I filled my days with habits I thought I should be doing, trying to “fix” myself through constant doing, rather than allowing myself to truly feel and simply be. What I really needed was to do the deeper inner work — to connect with my highest, most expanded self and give her the space to come alive.
I learned that connection to myself is the foundation of courage. Bravery isn’t about being loud or perfect — it’s about trusting yourself enough to choose the path that feels true, even when it’s uncertain.

That shift changed everything. I began asking myself the long-overdue questions: What do I really want? Who am I beneath the fear? What would it look like to create a life that actually feels like mine? The more I listened inward, the clearer it became that there is no single roadmap we’re all meant to follow — and that true freedom comes from allowing yourself to make your own path.
Through that work, I became awake to my fears and desires. I used to believe my sensitivity would hold me back, that being emotional was a weakness. Now I know it’s my greatest strength — the very thing that allows me to connect deeply, empathize fully, and hold safe space for others. My sensitivity is not a flaw; it’s a gift I get to share with the women I serve.
Everything changed for me. Inside and out.
I now choose alignment over doing what’s “right” or following what everyone else is doing. I’ve developed self-love practices and wellness routines that I return to not because I should, but because they genuinely make me feel grounded, whole, and alive.
Today, I am in tune with who I am: a woman who knows the power of mindset, trusts her intuition, and is confident in her ability to transform her own life while helping other women do the same.
I recognize when self-sabotage is creeping in, and I know how to move through it with awareness and compassion. I know what it feels like to live as my true self — to listen to my inner guidance, to trust my intuition, and to show up authentically and unapologetically. I’ve ignited my inner fire and freed myself from the weight of negative patterns and beliefs.
My mission is:
-
To help you cultivate a deep, loving relationship with yourself and truly understand what it feels like to love who you are.
-
To guide you as you release fears and limitations so you can step into your most authentic, expanded self.
-
To encourage you to see and celebrate the beauty of your own inner light.
-
And to inspire you to bring this awareness into your everyday life — so you can create a reality that feels fully aligned with your heart.
Homecoming the Collective is more than a name — it’s an invitation. An invitation to slow down, tune in, and come back to the place you’ve always belonged: yourself.
I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s walk this path together.
